Handcrafted in Brighton & Hove, England a stones throw from our EcoChic Offices, each candle is made from natural plant-based soy wax, a 100% cotton wick and fragranced with pure blends of real essential oils (all aromatherapy standard).

English bone china at it’s best.

Each vintage teacup has been carefully sourced and is made of fine English bone china. These are a wonderfully original gift that keeps giving. After the wax candle ends, these tea cups can be used to sip your favourite tea or can be used decoratively on your dresser to keep all your jewellery, make up, coins, etc. in one place.

One off vintage pieces.

The teacups are all one-off vintage pieces so design will vary and has the scent of  Rose & Geranium with a burn time of approximately 30 hours. Soy candles last 50% longer than candles made of petroleum-based paraffin, the ingredient found in most candles. They also burn slower and cooler (helping to better distribute fragrance), are non-toxic, less likely to trigger allergies, clean up with soap and water, and produce very little soot. These factors tend to make them more animal and child-friendly than traditional candles.

The benefits of using Soy Wax.

Soy wax is also a favourite of environmentally conscious consumers. It’s a biodegradable, renewable resource. Paraffin wax, on the other hand, is made from petroleum and produces carcinogens and soot when burned. In fact, one air quality researcher stated that the soot from a paraffin candle contains many of the same toxins produced by burning diesel fuel. Even many of the seemingly healthy, aromatherapy candles sold today can do more harm than good.
